Blue Bay Concierge

Laura joined us in July 2009 as a part time Customer Care Assistant and has since progressed to a full time role as our Blue Bay Concierge.
Her Role is to provide exceptional customer service by offering customers a personal Concierge service. As our Blue Bay Concierge, Laura will take the hassle out of your holiday by assisting customers with booking extras such as Airport Parking, Hotels, Lounges and Flight Upgrades; alongside arranging Holiday Insurance, offering advice and booking Attractions and Excursions. Anything that she can do to make your holiday extra special and hassle free!

Egypt Fam Trip 2011

A very early start! I woke up at 5am and headed for Manchester terminal 1. Once I arrived at terminal 1 I headed for the Cosmos/Monarch desk where I was to meet our hosts.
